Looks amazing. I'm not a bean fan; exception is black beans, and peanuts and peanut butter. I just found out I'm gluten sensitive so I'm looking for alternative recipes. That recipe is similar to one I used to make with bread. Take out the rice and beans and that's pretty close. The dressing is different too, a vinegarette though. Vinegarette are my favorites. I hate mayonnaise.

I LOVE bean soup so much, but I've never made it without ham or bacon. This one looks SO GOOD! I will try this next in my winter soup rotation, I'm sure it will be so delicious. Thank you. ❤

the presentation in this is really 80% of the product here. Its incredible how much difference a bit of lemon, pepper, spinach, and avocado can make!

Thank you for the recipe. Tried it tonight, very good and tasty and easy to make, my toddler liked it also, but no chili flakes for us.

Looks like a bowl of barf tbh, but I believe you that it tastes really good. The blending would fix the horrible mushy texture of cooked tomatoes\spinach. I'd still replace those with roasted red pepper and kale and not blend because I like to chew. It's giving me some ideas to play with, thanks.

Where was the lemon grass? I didn’t see you add it to the sauce.

As soon as I saw this recipe, i went out and bought the ingredients, sadly, minus the King Oysters for they didn’t have any, so not to be too disappointed with not being able to make your recipe, I substituted portabello mushrooms and used as many stalks to equal the amount of King called for. I know it’s a substitute, but it was still very delicious. Next time I must find the Kings. Thanks so much for the recipe. New favorite.

Hi... looks wonderful. Two questions: 1) the book recipe is 'white bean' while the video is specifically navy bean. Do you also make this with other varieties? 2) You said this made 3 to 4 portions, but it's a whole stock pot... seems like it would yield more like 8 servings, right? Thanks.

Video says use nonstick pan, yet shows carbon steel pan instead. That's OK since nonstick cookware should be avoided.

Small suggestion ..Instead of baking steam the veggies ..and bake the mushrooms and chick peas ..with that u can get the most nutrients from veggies

I'd reduce the oil for myself otherwise it's amazing recipe. I'd probably not fry the tofu and use oat cream instead. The best part is the spices and spinach.
