For lunches, I love making wraps with spinach tortillas or sun dried tortillas, with lunch meat, lettuce, tomato and mayo spread. Right now I make turkey, bacon, lettuces, tomato wraps on low cal tortillas. Really you can put whatever you want in it, but super good! I also like adding carrots and hummus, nuts and a fruit to be healthy.

We do take home folders daily. The kiddos learn how to pack up their mail and know to put them in their book bag to take home and them in the mornings they know to turn them into a basket in our room. I hope you have a wonderful honeymoon!

Have fun in Italy! You have 25 Fridays off during the year? That seems like a lot. I do Friday folders and I give the students a sticker to put on their folder if they bring it back on Monday. It's amazing how much they love the stickers. No cupcakes! They make a mess. Treats must be packaged. We also send them home because of allergies.

Good morning, I hope you guys have a safe flight and fun in Italy. We don’t do Friday folders, we do daily folders and the students put their folders in their cubbies so it makes it easy to see who forgot to take their’s out. I make overnight oats or parfaits for breakfast and I eat salads for lunch.

I always cook breakfast and rotate between scrambled eggs, sausage, avocado toast, oatmeal, bagel, yogurt, etc. Lunches, I'll do salads one week with chicken or imitation crab and the next week, I'll do sweet potato broccoli and ground turkey. I'm sure youll figure out what works for you.

Good morning! Thanks for the video! The honeymoon in Italy sounds amazing! Also, the heated brush looks so good, where did you get? For breakfast, I usually eat breakfast at home every morning and I pack my lunches, usually salads 🥗 and some other snacks. The smoothie you made looks great and healthy! I’ll have to try that! Thanks! I like the idea of the Friday folder, I use weekly homework folders. But I want to make the star paper for the letters they know already so parents/families can see what they know/need to practice. Thanks for sharing Allison!

When I was in school, we had Friday folders and it was a thing where our parents had to sign lake. They had all the Fridays were the dates and the parents have to sign next to us. They know the pyrazine the stuff if that makes sense.

I know you are looking forward to your European honeymoon trip. I wish you an exciting and safe time. I hope you'll share some of the video of the sights here on your channel. I'm one of those who is not on tik tok, facebook, or instagram. When you return to posting your teacher videos, would you please share more of the actual activities/ ideas you use to teach? I enjoy watching teacher content showing the material you've used to teach. I don't expect footage of the kids, that's not what I'm saying. Mayleen Call does videos where she shows and discusses HOW she used materials in lessons. It'd be good to see more of that and a bit less of getting ready for work in the mornings. BTW, when you are walking among the small tables you look extremely tall! lol

It makes sense to celebrate kids' birthday end of the day with cupcakes then earlier. A preschool I worked at did it in the morning, which resulted in kids being hyper 🫣
