This was the last achievement I had to complete. I went back to Battle for the the Bosphorus patch to get the achievement. I wish I had known this or the Warsaw uprising strategy while getting the achievement.

Hey dude. Thanks for this. Tried it and first try I killed nearly 2.5 million Germans. Fought the Soviets too with Modern tanks and at my greatest extent controlled East Germany, Baltics, Belarus, Czechoslovakia, and Ukraine. Got partioned in a quick NATO war because I thought non-aggression pacts kept me safe from guarantees. Oh well.

I literally got the achievement 2 years ago, when my troops were just standing still at the 3 provinces and the germans where just keep bashing their heads on me. Because of that I already maxed out gbp doctrine 🤣🤣

When it first became a thing it took roughly 30 minutes at the PDXcon. But at that time, it was possible to survive with the original units and the germans would nonstop attack. Now it requires a bit more finesse

I was doing Warsaw uprising and I noticed you coulda still done it that way then I saw the videos showing the Warsaw strat lol I got the achievement through Warsaw uprising it's honestly not a smooth ride through Warsaw uprising strat tbh but I was did it

I was too good at defending, the Germans just stopped advancing into the killbox in the end and the Soviets declared on Hungary for god only knows what reason in 1940 pulling most German troops away. Only got to 250k German casualties.

When that happens, you have to make germany see you as the biggest threat Push out until they come back to fight you

@hatless_spider ah I see ok For half the run they wouldn't even occupy the middle of the noose which was a pain so I was about 6 months behind killing Germans compared to your run Works for sure though, I like to think I'm good but I'm probably more hopeless than I think and I barely lost any men to them doing it this way

@StormArmyGaming96 i like to think I'm good too, but then in like 6 months I'll look back and realize I knew nothing! Hahaha it's sort of the nature of this game to have a lot of depth! But definitely try exercising on the line to entice them to attack you, or pushing out until it forces germany to divert troops to your borders again

@hatless_spider yeah it is a bit like that I used to play a ton of stellaris but now I'm awful at it and can barely leave the homeworld lol I'd put some clips together if I could get OBS to work and had the time to edit, just chugs when I start recording haha
