Good show. I'm feeling like a few others have commented. Show us more houses and explain more specifics of the areas. I'm in Minnesota and know nothing about the homes and real estate market in Florida. I would like to see what you get for different price ranges in homes. New construction and existing homes. Need more specific pictures and details of the towns and less maps.

I agree about wanting to see a show, or multiple shows, focused on the new build process. Expected timeframes, what to expect and what to be picky about, etc. Maybe also discuss what meetings/inspections/etc that an out-of-state buyer should fly in for vs which ones your realtor can handle for you if travel isn’t feasible for all of them. Really enjoying this show and looking forward to more!

Hey guys, how about less geography and more about the homes.... Windermere ...septic or not, electric or gas, HOA or not, schools, property taxes, CDD's, insurance costs. You mentioned using toll roads... what does it cost/month to travel around per month?? You never mentioned Sun Pass... The concept is terrific, but more concrete info needs to be brought out. I think that's true here in San Diego California too. Places that were "scary" or "affluent" when I was growing up maybe have changed since then. Always worth a look if your looking to find something because you never know what you'll find. Very informative, thanks! ♡♡♡

The section of Windermere north of reams road you're talking about is Horizon West. Horizon West is unincorporated windermere, winter garden and few houses have Orlando addresses.

This show is a amazing start but 30 min videos are kind of like appetizers to a bigger main meal. Obviously this is a trial and its hard for busy people to dedicate an hour or two plus travel out of their day but these really need to be 1-2 hours and structured. Should have sections for reach Location including house types, how the town is , traffic, what's around both things to do and shopping , Schools, etc. Disclaimer, i am not looking to move to FL ( anymore) i am not a busy successful Disney you tube channel with years of experience so take what im saying with a grain of salt.
