I noticed in your video that the taskbar is still working. The problem I'm having after the install is that the taskbar disappears and I can't find a fix to bring it back. Did you have that issue after updating?

No, i didn't experience such problem, There are different reasons why the taskbar not working/open or disappears. Start Windows 11 clean boot and check taskbar is normal (If your answer is yes then it might be a third party app or service conflict causing the issue. If you are sure the recent update only causing the issue, it's recommended to uninstall it and wait for Microsoft to release the fix on upcoming updates. Did you mean copilote missiing on your system? If yes please check and enable it from Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Toggle on Copilot.
