Windows 11 Setup without Microsoft Account

If you don't have Microsoft account or you just want to create a local user account I will show you how to skip this step and proceed with creating local user account instead.

Can't you just unplug the ethernet cable from your PC to achieve the same?

yes you are right but what if you have connected to wi-Fi network and the Airplane button won't work unless windows install all drivers? this is happened to me and I'm offering 1 min short answer if someone else might face this issue.

In case anyone is wondering, if you are just connected to WiFi, you can do: press: Shift + F10 type: netsh wlan disconnect press: Enter type: exit press: Enter Then click the back arrow in the top left and it will refresh the dialog to allow you to enter a local user account/pw like show in the video. * just make sure you reenable WiFi once you get logged in.
