Which video should I watch to learn how to make my own custom Windows ISO and automating the install? I am trying to learn it from documentation on the Microsoft website but it is very confusing and having someone demonstrate it would help me fix the mess for myself and others.

Bro our company supports ubuntu and redhat gnome as workstation sooo lateeeer windows. Imagine if they started stopping business stuff it would be easy to just move on and use Linux nothing could stop us since everthing in the cloud with all security mesures.

I downloaded Win23H2 from the official website, but at the output MicroWin gave me Win22H2? Why is that?

I am older than Windows, I bought my first computer 1983 (Sinclair Spectrum), then a couple years after that a Commodore 64 and finally a PC-compatible with DOS 2.something. Then I started working as a programmer on a UNIVAC platform, from which I managed to change to PC's. One of my first jobs on the PC side was to install Windows 1 (or 2, I forget) to a guy who wanted it. It was crap, totally useless in that time.

The way to currently do it is to do it in a stock Windows vm first, transfer the file over to Linux, then redo the virtual machine with the microwin ISO.

@@MrSedeyn Powershell exists on Linux too, but the utilities used in the script are different since it's a different OS.
