Great tutorial Sam. I am trying to start some moves, but I wonder if my board will help. I weight 89kg and have a 277cm 197 litres old F2. Do you think this board will make it much more difficult?

i have problems with pushing out the back hand. do you think one handed flaka will be easier?

+b10h One handed is a great way of putting the rig in the right position, or try moving your back hand further back as this will reduce the tendency to sheet out.

What is the difference between Flaka and Forward loop?

Forward loop is downwind

Flaka is a sliding upwind 360 where you rotate the first half in the air and a forward loop is a full frontflip in the air
