That was flipping fantastic !!! Super awesome 😃☀️ definitely felt like some amazing movie, highest quality, and very inspiring, makes me miss my camper van too lol. Can’t wait to get some gravel riding adventures enjoyed this year. What a great location you were in. The wind surfing looks incredible, especially those foil do da’s … way cool, i do enjoy my paddle boarding, but I’d love a go at windsurfing, I see a lot of them on my local harbour. I feel fully charged now. Good to catch up earlier on the bikes. That was some headwind on the ride back hey lol 😃 I keep trying to get my best friend interested in getting on her bike 🚲 for some local adventure, one day maybe 🤔 lol.

@@Joeyvideo yes that’s a good idea about waiting for the summer lol, I need to have another word with Chris who does the kite 🪁 surfing 🏄♂️ and windsurfing there hey, I did soo much paddle boarding last summer, even when it had turned dark, I was out there for hours, managed just over 11k on one loop from the harbour to the ocean 🌊 beautiful calm conditions, although I think I’ll be looking at windy conditions in a new light now - for some windsurfing options 😃 Hoping to get out on the gravel / road bike this weekend as long as it’s not too windy lol. Catch you out there when you’re next around, good times 🏖

@@Joeyvideo Totally 😃 love the paddle boarding as well as the two wheeled shenanigans, that 11k session was great, the water was soo calm. Love the wind foiling, I keep watching KZbin videos about it now lol, I’d love to have a go at some foliage, it’s finding the time at the moment with pesky work. Can’t wait to get out on my bike again - hopefully Friday afternoon. I will chat to Chris to see he does wind foiling, I’ve only ever seen kite surfing kit there. I’d never trust myself on one of those 😃 the foiling looks amazing. I like how free the sail looks, just attached via the harness and hanging on for dear life, pretty epic to have that skill down. Happy days, thoughts of summer. Did you get out today ?

@@Joeyvideo just noting the differences between wind foiling and wing foiling now, wow - this is all soo cool 😃

@@Joeyvideo ah that’s harsh you didn’t get out on the water especially seeing all that visual temptation, always another time I keep telling myself, still - it’s a pain to miss any chance to get out there isn’t it. I have that second set of wheels for my gravel bike and I run some 32mm wide ( quite wide I know at 70 psi ) slicks ( tan wall of course lol ) and I find i can hammer along nicely with those on, yes gearing wise, that can be a pain hey, yours was a one by chainring too wasn’t it ? I changed mine to a 42 tooth from a 40 and at the back I have a 10 - 42… previously it was an 11 - 44.. I find with that 42T chainring and the 10 on the back now - one can hammer along at well over 50kph so it should take quite a speed before you’re spinning out and getting dropped by roadie bro’s. When are you next about ? Feel free to pop round, another training ride to Hengistbury Head ?

@@Joeyvideo totally, it’s all pretty awesome indeed, sometimes I have to go by the harbour blindfolded if I’m on the way to work lol, too much visual pleasure on that harbour and me wishing out was out there, some lovely ladies on paddle boards, would it be wrong to stop the car or bike and join in and cancel work lol 😂

@@Joeyvideo Yes, that's the one! I know how difficult it is to make such a shot. Last week I managed to make the same shot with my Mini2 for the fitst time. The guy I filmed (didn't know him) went ballistic on the shore. He immediately became a member of our channel. The video with this shot will be uloaded soon.

So beautiful and inspiring. We know Ireland for windsurfing but we'd like to discover Scotland. Where have you been exactly: Skye, ...? Thank you
@bertrandvanherreweghe34582 жыл бұрын
@@Joeyvideo Thank you very much for all the details. Well we’ve been in Ireland a long time ago so I don’t remember all the places. It was during summer so we didn’t have a lot of wind and waves. For windsurfing, we had our best wave sessions in Brandon Bay (Dingle peninsula). Before going on Brandon Bay, we did a nice road trip in the beautiful landscapes in the ring of Kerry. Good surf in Lahinch (Clare), Strandhill (Sligo) and county Mayo. Have a nice trip!
