Great video, Nico. Something most of us windsurfers, I guess, have dreamt about trying; just for fun. In your case, I would probably have used Expanding Foam!. Alternatively, use Expanding Foam only, for lightness. Some foams (perhaps mixied with liquids) will expand many times. Then when dry, shape it into a board with the rigt curves. Coat it with sheets of fiberglass . Some wood might be applyed in the foam to the mast and finbox etc. Anyway, if it works, it would be superlight !. I would love that camera, to make my own surf video ,adding some great surf vibes from The Beach boys.
