Here’s a Wing Chun solo training drill (beginners Wing Chun lesson) that teaches a Wing Chun drill for beginners called "Bong Wu, Tan Da". This solo Wing Chun drill trains pivots, to move the feet and hips from one angle to the next. A great Wing Chun home training solo drill for developing hand foot coordination as well as duality in both hands. When the bong is performed along with the Wu, both the bong and the Wu get driven forward towards the opponent's centerline. The same with the Tan Da. The tan drives forward at the same time as the punch.
