Wing Chun is something that has always looked intriguing to me. Love the idea of how they use constant pressure. Watching Ip Man and seeing how he(Donnie Yen) used it to disarm the assailants was amazing.

Yes, it has always intrigued me, too. Uechi-ryu and Wing Chun share a common ancestor of White Crane kung-fu.
