Just take it as an entertainment. But the main objectives are to build adaptability, agility, speed, precision and reflexes. No sensible person will want to fight this way. 😊

GARBAGE.!!! Why would you put this video out without editing it? The ONLY Thing This Video Shows Is How to Get Cut Up, No Matter if You’re The Attacker Or If You Are Defending Yourself. They BOTH Would Have Bled Out Before it Was Over..What The Disclaimer SHOULD Say Is DO NOT DO IT THIS WAY
