Normally I keep my comments light, but this song is so beyond, it deserves more. My journey has me finding I've kept my emotions/creative side closed off for far too long & have been peeling back the layers to allow myself to feel again. Because of that, this song resonates with me deeply. All the concepts of good intentions/Judas mind at war with the Jesus heart/ and just giving myself permission to feel all of it pierces me. No clue how many times I've listened to it but I truly can't come up with words to do it justice. Much gratitude for all of the honesty, it's rare.

22K people liked this. That speaks volumes. This band has always been awesome and underrated. Kip's voice is as strong as ever. His vocals have so much range. Reb is one of the best guitar players ever. Kip is also a great bassist. Actually, there is nothing musically Kip can not do. When I say he does it all, he literally does it all! This is a fantastic band!

I still remember the first time I heard "Seventeen" back in 1988. Now, I listen to this and it's the same emotion. Great band, amazing sound for 2023. Kip's voice is recognizable after so many years. Winger deserves much more attention and respect. Well done..!

I’ve got my VIP ticket for your show on July 6th in PA! I’m driving from Charleston, SC to my hometown Schenectady, NY for 2 weeks and I planned my dates around this concert! I flew up to Schenectady a couple of years ago on a Halloween weekend just to see Kip at River’s Casino…AND before COVID I drove to Atlanta’s Eddie’s Attic just for Kip’s solo show…I’m sure he will never forget when his cell phone went off through the system and scared the shit out of all of us! Then after that show I got my picture with Kip. I am so excited about the new music and getting to see the whole band live for the first time!!!! Keep Rockin and bringing us live music!

Whoa, this one goes deep. I don't know if Kip is a man of faith or not, but this song makes me think of how I wrestle with myself at times and feel as though the Lord will never allow me into Heaven for whatever sins I may have committed without realizing it. One should never be complacent in that realm, and I strive to err on the side of "There's always work to be done, and I am far from perfect." I think this is a CD I need to add to my collection, between this and "It All Comes Back Around".

If you believe in John 3:16 you should have no worries. The bible says for those who believe in Him he washes away all sins past, present and future. For a believer to doubt their salvation is to doubt the power of God's blood. Doubt comes from satan. Don't listen to satan. The bible says the only unforgivable sin is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. And that means those that reject God and belief in what He did on the cross. Jesus's blood is more powerful than sin. His blood makes a believer spiritually perfect. That's why believers can enter heaven. The flesh is weak and sinful and can not enter heaven but our spirits are made perfect thru Jesus's blood for eternity. Every sin from every person was nailed on the cross and his blood washes away all sin. Jesus did the hard part, all we have to do is believe in what HE did. That's why on judgement day ( great white throne judgment) believers are rewarded for all of the good deeds done on earth, they are not punished for any sins. Only the unbelievers are punished for sins on judgement day. God bless !!

i almost feel like the metal resurgence was meant to come around again at some point. always noticed in our heydey that like 75% of the bands out there had members wearing crosses in videos. felt like blessings. i know rockers werent "Holy" but still problaby believers. just sayin

Mark 16:16, once we've done that and continue to live a Christian life the best we can, I dont think we'll have to worry about it. Thing is we have to continue to ask forgiveness of our sins, becuase we sin from time to time, intentionally and unintentionally. As long as we try our best I think we'll be alright 😊

Nobody can put Winger in a corner! They can try but they can't. Brilliance in many ways. Never gonna end up in a corner. Kip's got an Emmy nom under his belt (it won't be long until he attains the accolade). Listen to all of the interviews of the members of Winger. You'll learn a lot that they are doing, inventing, creating. They won't go away. Wherever they go, I'll follow. They are all interesting.

The vocal performances are on another level here. The authority with which the upper register, Bb, C, D are devoured is awe inspiring. I know first hand that range and it's no picnic! Every note from every player is perfectly placed in my assessment. And the songwriting and arrangement is equally full-throttle! The lyrics resonate deeply with me as well. Thanks, cats!
