Think about games like duck-duck-goose, simon says, hide-and-seek, etc. When I was a kid, my brother and I would scatter our toys and things on the floor, and we'd go "fishing" with strings and hooks made from paperclips. Whoever collected the most was the winner. All of these things amount to the same thing - kids doing things to pass the time and for a little healthy competition.

Love that you finally made the kill count for this, but there’s some things to point out: - the trio that killed Piglet went to the woods for revenge bc Darrell’s girlfriend was one of the victims in the beginning - Pooh and Owl weren’t littering the river with the dad’s limbs, they were playing Pooh Sticks with them - Finn, Cara, Ava, and Lexi were all at the birthday party where Billy was kidnapped - I think Alan was killed by being slashed in the stomach by Pooh’s claws - the reason for the tool stuff with Pooh is bc the warehouse the rave was in was under construction and Cara told Ava to make sure the tools were moved before the rave started

I met Matthew Lillard at Chicago Fan Expo two months ago. His line became so long that volunteers gave out separate tickets for any in line to either have an autograph, selfie, or both. I was lucky to meet him. He is funny and spends so much time with fans. A family went before me, and their daughter was so excited to meet him that he took time answering more questions from her. He also accepted a kid's request if the cast members who appeared in the Scream panel would scream very loud. Any who have the chance to meet him will have a wonderful experience.

I admit that this movie is much better than the original, but it still suffers from what I felt was the original’s biggest problem-the killers don’t feel like the characters they’re meant to be. Sure, Pooh gets to say “Oh, bother,” but he still lacks the personality of Winnie the Pooh. Piglet barely gets to be in the movie, unfortunately, but he bears no resemblance to Piglet in what little screen time he gets. Tigger is nothing like Tigger; he’s basically Freddy Krueger’s fursona. Owl is a Pinhead ripoff with none of Owl’s quirks. These aren’t darker versions of the characters we know and love; they’re generic slashers who happen to be named Pooh, Piglet, Owl, and Tigger.

@iaintoon3715 I was actually thinking about their characterization in the original books, but to be fair, the Disney movies stick pretty close to that. The point I was trying to make is that the quirks of the characters’ original personalities could be terrifying if applied to a slasher-imagine cheerful, bouncy Tigger happily tearing someone to shreds, not taunting or openly malicious, just doing what’s normal to this darker version of him. Imagine Owl’s goofy know-it-all rambling as he slowly tortures a victim to death. Imagine sweet, timid Piglet driven mad by his fears, slaughtering innocents because he’s convinced they will kill him, too lost in his delusions to be reasoned with. Imagine Winnie the Pooh happily bumbling along in pursuit of food and fun like he always does, but this Pooh’s idea of fun involves bloodshed. If the goal is a darker take on beloved childhood characters, they need to actually feel like a take on the characters, not like completely new characters that happen to have the same names.

I'm impressed that Simon Callow was a part of this movie. He is such an excellent but underrated actor. Speaking of 'Room with a View', how about a Kill Count for the Warlock movies in memoriam of Julian Sands? Just 1 & 2. Number 3 is blah. Plus, number 1 has the brilliant Richard E. Grant. I really hope this channel expands more and gets more attention like it used to. It’s great and deserves the recognition. All of the dead meat people work so hard on this channel and other projects that it’s just sad that they don’t get the same respect that they used to. Zoran was an amazing host. Chelsea was an amazing host. This channel never had a fall off in quality. The fact that views started dropping in past few years is just very disappointing because the quality of the videos are just outstanding. I really wish the best to all of the dead meat crew and I hope the future gives you what you all deserve. ❤❤
