I don't think this type of game is particularly helpful, its clear he had a great lane and just snowballed into victory. He was in control the entire game from the looks of it (up 5k at 17 minutes), you should do a game where he has a rough lane and has to recover in a map that is not under his control

I cannot trust my team with follow up damage or saving spells. people are just bad speeed.they dont pay attention to cooldowns and stuff like that. they just look for random fights without having mana/enough damage/vision/ultimates/map info and etc . that s the 3k mmr
