Hey i was there!!! I ran in the Midwest Catholic Championships on Saturday. All season my teammates hyped it up for how flat, wide and fast it is. Ended up running a 40 second PR, so I would agree with that. Amazing 8K. When I heard 15:30 at the 5K and I realized that wasn't the end I was like whaat.
