I’ve embodied this energy Owen has and the truth is, it comes from being a hyper productive person, and not being a consumer. Owen’s in flow state here. I’m an artist, if you practice drawing every day, you can achieve this same level of insight. If you run everyday you can deepen it further, and if you minimise your external consumption of media - it’ll grow even more.

The talk about weed is so true, I used weed to actually pull my self out of an extreme negative and depressed state. It’s helped me while I was working through a lot of my trauma. And it made me neutral while I was at a deficit. But now that I am net positive, it actually drags me down to neutral again.

Yeah I agree. When I've been in flow states and enjoying life and getting great results, weed has actually pulled me back to my former self prior to working on myself. To me weed is extremely destructive. That being said, I had very little self control when it came to weed and mdma and acid. I just stay away from the stuff now

The part about homeless people attacking you when you’re high vibe is absolutely true. The higher the vibe and the more positive you get the more it’s like moth to a flame. If you’re in a big city and just had a very good meditation , I’d say don’t even go out for a couple hours. It really can be particularly volitile if you go into a very negative area like that.
