Hungary was at that time was a kingdom. Horthy was not it's prime minister he was it's governor (because he didn't declared himself to be the King of Hungary). It's prime minister probably changed to the leader of the democratic partys leader (since there was an election), but he is not the one in charge. Hey Taureor, Playing Germany in HOI4 and winning is really easy for me even on elite difficulty. But playing as the U.K. or France and defeating Germany is too difficult. My rules are that I need to follow history exactly how it happened, Except defeating Germany as France. Which has been a struggle for me. Seeing how good you are, I was wondering if you could make a video on how to defeat Germany as France but only when Germany attacks you. So that means that you are not allowed to attack Germany when they want to remilitarise Rhineland. And the other rule is that you or the Allies need to take all the German victory points and Italian so that the Axis falls. No coups or boosting popularity.

I am just glad that they added Dusko Popov as a British agent. And I don't know if they added him on German side. I don't think you can do this anymore. I tried staging coups in some majors and it seems that the stability decrease is capped at -20%. At some point they also react to their stability getting low so they start using counter intelligence more aggressively and stability increasing ministers. You can only get it low enough for some minor countries that already have low stability. I did manage to start some coups in minor countries but they got squashed very quickly. I suppose it could be useful if you ally with the rebels just to use their territory to easily land your troops on another continent without having naval supremacy. Decreasing stability still is really useful because just because I lowered the USSR's stability by about 15% the Axis AI managed to capitulate them which I've never seen the current AI do on it's own.
