Nice. Back in 1996 I lived in Bremerton for a year and took the ferry to Seattle every Sunday on my one-day off of work at the Naval Ship Yard, that ferry went right past Bainbridge Island so I've seen the place from the water but have never set foot on the island. I remember that the ferries from Seattle to Bainbridge were a lot nicer than the ones that went to Bremerton, personally, I didn't care, but it was obvious. There must be more money in Bainbridge than in Bremerton which, to be truthful, was a crummy town.

Does "Winslow" even formally exist anymore? I think some years ago it all just became the town of "Bainbridge Island". The ferries from Seattle used to say "to Winslow" and now they say "to Bainbridge Island".

That's technically true, but old timers tend to refer to everything between between Winslow Way and High School Road as "Winslow".

i sure hope you've got a permit to just walk around like this. Permits can be purchased at Vegan Dolls Front Desk (around back). 1 hour permits are 18 dollars or you can buy a day pass (12 hour) for $650. unregulated ' walking around' is a punishable offense that could land you anywhere from 2 weeks to 17 years in VeganDollsPrison

Great video but bainbridge island reeks of fecal matter and even the name makes me want to rip my hair out. Bainbridge is a truly awful place. Great camerawork though you make it look real nice.
