You probably already do this but just wanted to let people know, Eucerin has a really nice SPF hand cream (their Daily Hydration Cream SPF 30 is also pretty much the same and you can save some money that way) and with all the hand washing it’s a good option if you want to protect your hands, forearms, etc. from the sun all day long. It sinks in really well, doesn’t leave my hands feeling greasy, and seems to help keep them hydrated. Really love it and it isn’t expensive.

I adapted her skin care routine to the T and have noticed great differences. I printed out her steps and have it in a page protector in my bathroom to follow. Also, I put the serum in order of use in my drawer which makes the routine go super fast in am/pm. all makes sense and results are coming. So glad you put AM & PM into one video YAY!!!! It doesn't contain HA, and Its a little lighter in tint, but I think it still looks great on the skin. Also it's cheaper at about $11/oz, as opposed to the other one, which runs about $17/oz. currently I have been using both of these to see which in I like better. But that was when I assumed they both had iron oxides for that added protection against visible light . Thought you, or anyone else would like to know this information. Questions: -since you sometimes use Botox(muscle relaxer/paralysis), do you wait a certain period of time after those injections before doing your NuFace (muscle stimulator)? -also would like to request an updated video on skin procedures that are worth it including Botox, IPL, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or any particular facials that you do, and how often?

That would be a great video to do, I would love to know that as well.
@smilingismyfavorit4 жыл бұрын
So I just researched it a bit online and saw 2 plastic surgeons on 2 different sites stating NuFace can be used 48 hrs after Botox or fillers. "Thus, in order to ensure that the delicate placement is not disturbed, no additional beauty procedures should be conducted for fear of provoking any un-even effects, bruising or other adverse reactions. After the initial 48 hours time, it’s absolutely fine to do LED or microcurrent facials after botox (treatments that are non invasive),” says Dr. Rowe. BUT on another online blog: "Jordana Mattioli, a New York esthetician, recommends waiting two to four weeks post-Botox or fillers before using microcurrent." And according to Elle magazine: "doctors are prescribing microcurrent as a noninvasive companion to neurotoxin injections to diminish any loss in muscle tone. The toxins do not act directly on muscles-they bind to neurotransmitters, preventing them from signaling muscles to contract. Low levels of microcurrent can stimulate the muscles of the face and neck, providing a plumpness to a nonactive muscle and generating controlled muscular activity."

Hi I’m not Angie but she has answered this question before! It wasn’t in a dedicated video it was just thrown into another video but she said she feels like the nuface doesn’t actually go down that deep to the muscle (even though nuface does claim that it’s a muscle stimulator) and that it’s more of a mini facial directly after using but it’s more surface level.. she also asked her Botox doc I believe who said it was fine!

Love watching this! I like that your moisturizers and cleanser are not pricey. The neutrogena cleanser is hard to find.

If you aren’t able to find the Neutrogena cleanser in stock at your local Ulta store, they usually have it online for purchase. I’ve experienced the same situation with Walmart.

Angie, you are so awesome. I really look forward to watching your videos. You are so relatable and the skin care advice that you give is priceless. I’m 51 and my skin has dramatically improved since I started following you last year. Thank you taking the time to try products and sharing your opinion.

I know you love the Clinique cleansing balm, and so do I. But I also really enjoy the Bobby Brown cleansing oil as it doesn’t leave as much oil behind. Don’t know if you’ve ever tried it but just letting you know it works pretty good for my 72-year-old skin :-)

Your skin looks much more even toned and less red. Do you think it’s the led mask that helped with redness?

HI. Thanks for all your great videos. I’ve never been much of a makeup person - lipstick and eyeliner are pretty much it. WIth Covid and all the time I’m on zoom calls, I’ve decided to figure out how to use makeup that I’ve never used before and it’s been really helpful to watch your stuff. What I need help with is this - I really can’t afford to buy multiple skin care products. I have dark spots, wrinkles, pretty much anything worth covering. My skin is dry and I don’t really have an t-zone specific issues. I’ve picked up a few of the makeup items you’ve shown in your videos, but this has me stumped. Right now I use Kiehl’s hydro plumping re-treatment Serum Concentrate and it is the best thing for moisturizing that I’ve found, but it’s crazy expensive to use in this way. I also use Neutrogena hydro boost water gel in the summer. I have an old bottle of Cetaphil daily hydrating Lotion for dry, extra dry skin that I use sometimes. Anyhow, I know this is a long note and perhaps I’m overstepping but I could really use your advice. I did just order the primer you talk about in the foundation video and I got a Becca foundation. Help?

Angie, what could I do for the "bare minimum" and get good results? Time and budget are my barriers!
@ManUntdForever3 жыл бұрын
Cleanser, moisturizer, SPF, and a retinoid. If you want to add to those 4, consider adding a vitamin C serum and an AHA (mandelic, lactic, or glycolic acid).

You look beautiful. Your skin is amazing! I don't know if the amount of Clindamycin in the Curology product is enough to cause a reaction, but I had an anaphylactic reaction to oral antibiotic Clindamycin last year. I just wanted to point that out for those who may have problems with antibiotics.

Have you ever tried the Burt's Bees Oil Cleanser? It's absolutely amazing. Usually I don't like most products from Burt's Bees but this product is awesome. It's very fluid and easy to spread and emulsifies slightly and is easy to rinse off. It doesn't leave a residue at all

Thanks to you, my skin has never looked better, and I'm 61. Lucky to have been using Retin-A since my 20s, but for the last 2 years, have incorporated The Timeless Vitamin C with ferulic acid, the Coq-10, the Ordinary Lactic Acid, 10%, Niacinamide, Elta MD Tinted sunscreen, and on your recommendation the Grace & Stella F balm, this works! I will only use cruelty free products, and I love the Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Replenishing Moisturizer for Dry/Very Dry skin. I do get Dysport around my crows feet only, and once a year, a small amount of Juvederm Ultra XC in my lips. Thank you for what you have done for my skin. You are incredible! ❤❤

I have been happy with Curology. I am SUPER sensitive and it takes me months at only 3 x week but I got a very low dose of tretinoin and just asked for an increase. I cannot abide by long term use of non-essential antibiotics but I have Azelaic acid and Niacinamide. Good combo for me. Has helped my hormonal acne. I want them to make for body!!!

Do you have any tips or tricks for an easy way to get that stubborn Alpha Skin Care Renewal Body Lotion out of the bottle? It drives me crazy. As soon as my hand lotion in a pump dispenser is empty, I'm going to set aside about an hour (lol) to try to transfer the Alpha into the pump dispenser. Sigh....

Just cocktail everything. I actually use more not because I have to but because I have the timeless line and love it. But I’ve recieved so much through boxy and ipsy and seeing how good this or that was and bought it. I just have so much I’m just trying to use it up. I’ve started using stuff on my body to help. But my skincare after I wash my face takes less than 5 min.

Is there a difference between infrared lights? Because I read different information about infrared. Some say it damages the skin, some say it's beneficial. I think some sunscreens even say "protects against infrared". I'm really confused and afraid to use my LED + infrared mask. Can you enlighten me on this ? Thanks!!

I use a lot of these products & love them. When someone asks why you chose to use Timeless brand over others like ordinary or Charlotte Tilburry face products, what do you say? I told my friend that I believe Timeless puts the max ingredients in & freshly makes it to order & not to mention its not super expensive. Other products may just put a pinch of good ingredients in & charge an arm & leg for it 😂 Am I right/can you let us know why exactly you pick these products & what you look for in a good skin care product? Thanks for the video😘
