Winter Bicycle Maintenance in Copenhagen - All cycle tracks must be plowed before 08:00 AM

The policy of the City of Copenhagen and City of Frederiksberg is that all bicycle infrastructure is cleared of snow by 08:00 AM to allow for people to get to work and education on "black asphalt".
While #climatechange causes warmer winters with less snow, the city still maintains its impressive fleet of bike lane/sidewalk sweepers and snowplows.
