Got down for another nice winter day on the West Branch. Landed some nice browns. Made a second trip after this a few days later but got skunked. However I did add some B-Roll footage for this video. Enjoy!!

Yo Ho Jon! You did it again, yes! Finding success on the WB in the Winter. Three beautiful big brownies, we gotta get you into some big rainbows now. Please send me a pic of that hackled Hares Ear. Might be heading up there tomorrow if you’re free. Thanks for sharing.

Much respect for you coming out here and releasing these magnificent fish. A lot of people come in to this river system and take these amazing wild fish for food. Hope the Delaware River will remain a Mecca for fly fishing. The hatches are unmatchable.

Great job man !! Winter fishing definitely requires a big commitment and sacrifice!! Winds , cold hands and feet, and freezing water ! So it’s extra special when hooking up ! Those Delaware browns sure do fight hard , good for you !! Tight lines !!

Thanks for sharing your video. Great to see you out there this time of the year and catching nice brownies. Like PA WNW says, "we gotta get you into some big rainbow now". Although it looks cold out there in the water, inside it brings a great smile to my face daydreaming for the net time I can get out on the water. Great job!

Nice views of the river enjoyed them lots/ trout also. Look up the town long Eddy I was brought there if you ever want to catch brook trout look for raspberry Park Road next to it is Houlahan Brook it’s a natural stream that flows into the Delaware

Nice job!! I hate this river when I can’t move a trout. Fished it a few days ago just upstream Hancock bridge. The heavy flows since December definitely changed the riverbed because I saw mounds of pebble where there were none before. Large logs present during the Fall are no longer there, but higher on the banks down river. Anyways you got into some nice browns. So happy you didn’t get skunked. See you on the next trip to theWB

Nice video. Speaking of throwing the towel in, if you don’t already, shove 1 in your waders to dry hands. Helps a lot.
