That "you know how to catch a unique rabbit" joke. My Dad told me that one 117 years ago. I think you are the only other person I heard tell that joke. It was good to hear it again though. You know how to catch a tame one? Tame way!

Hi for real we were homeless 4 years and lived off the land we lived in outdoors till December snow and cold and had to bum a place til spring.. tarp and hammack and outdoor living. Rain thunderstorms and snow and cold .. my 5 sons and I.. trying to homeschool and survive at same time .. i cant stand the cold . We made it through.. not easy but we slept on cots or on ground.. most all time my sons were in hammocks ..I've done it few times .. living outdoors is great.. and challenging..

Nice trip! For anyone on the fence about buying an expensive down under quilt; a good under quilt is still slightly cheaper than a toe amputation.

Dan, I typically save your videos for their information value, just like I do with Blackie Thomas & Connie-n-Lonnie. But you are also entertaining! Could you do more videos with your two buddies here?

That was really enjoyable! Real life! I have to admit Dan, you have got me seriously thinking of Winter Hammock camping. Definitely easier to set up, and less time consuming, than making a quinsy. You then have more time for liquid "nourishment" (or courage, or what ever, oh yeah)!

Hello my outdoors friend, greetings and happy day to you. A word to the wise, you will have to bribe the CEO of the beer company before you can expect any beer in the mail. It looks like you guys had a lot of fun. All the best to you in chilly Rocksylvania. Take care, be safe and always have too much fun. 🤗

Ooo,, brain fart alert... So,,, what would happen if you took a model rocket igniter. And put it in a box of matches, with some appropriate accelerater. And put that in a well constructed stack of wood and burnable material. And then run the wires to your hammock. Then in the morning, flip the switch, hear the fumpf, And Bob's your uncle, you got a fire. You could run the wires all the way to your sleeping accommodation. And then you may need 12 volts. Or, you could make a switch with a clothes pin, and keeping the wires short, get by with a single D battery. Just used some string or fishing line to pull the popcycle stick out of the jaws of the clothes pin... And Bob's still your uncle....
