Winter holiday in Japan | VLOGMAS | Office worker's life

I'm Nami living alone in Japan.
I hope that your safety, health and this situation will be calm down as soon as possible.
I haven't included the recipe in detail in the video, so here's easy recipes.
All of the recipes are based on online recipes.
Recipes
Bean Curd Soup with Salt
Ingredients
200 ml soy milk
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Cherry shrimp
Chinese pickles
Chili oil
Deep fried tofu (lightly scalded and topped)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
I tried to imitate a Taiwanese breakfast that I had at a restaurant a long time ago and enjoyed.
When I added warmed soy milk to the vinegar, it hardened and became a very tasty texture!
It's good for a busy weekday breakfast or when you don't have an appetite 🤤.
Christmas Lees Potage with Red Turnips
Ingredients
1 red turnip
1/4 of an onion
1 teaspoon consommé
2 cups water
1 cup milk
Salt
Chives
Pink Pepper
Olive oil
Salmon in Pie
Ingredients
1 slice salmon
2 frozen pie sheets
20g cream cheese
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Capers to taste
2 bunches spinach
2 teaspoons mustard
1 egg yolk
It was more difficult than I thought to make a fish shape, and it turned out to be kind of a bulky square fish...

2020 has been the best and the worst year for me emotionally Worst part: I suffered a traumatic heartbreak , and when I couldn't breath , your videos helped me through. Best part : I found your channel now I truly believe that nothing is without purpose, because I never would have appreciated these calm healing videos had I not suffered that trauma and I probably wouldn't switch up my channel to a more peaceful space. That color of the pureed turnip with milk is one I've never seen before in any food or beverage---a sort of dusty mauve-pink. The red and green decorations you put on top are very imaginative, reminiscent of holly or poinsettia. The only downside to edible food art is all the work required to create it is so much more in terms of time than to consume it.
