"Winter in Thailand" Deserves Thai BBQ Family Dinner Celebration!! (Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai)

Welcome to Chiang Dao, Northern Chiang Mai, where we’re enjoying BBQ before a FAMILY race... could a December get any better?? We are up here watching the sunset in Chiang Dao, one of the most peaceful and naturally beautiful areas of Chiang Mai province - it is GREAT to have you joining us!!
So for me, Li's first race IS cause enough for celebration… But to also have some of our closest friends here (also racing!), our parents here (cheering!), and happening amidst SUCH a week of glorious weather, we are just feeling the blessings. In these 2 days, we can explore some new and beautiful corners of this province we call home, and its just too good, it is SUCH a wonderful time, and we are proud and pleased to share this video today.
Not much explanation to give besides that, and Li is going to edit another video showing the side-trip we went on beyond the town where the race was held (and you can enjoy that video next week!). But for now, thanks again for watching, I would love to hear about any COUPLES racing experience from any of you, leave me a story or memory down in the comments section.

Don’t laugh. But watching your videos sometimes calms me down. I’m Christian and have been having a hard time. Questioning my faith. All the bad things happening in the world. Not even riding my mtn bike gives me peace anymore. But for 15 to 20 min I can forget about things and reminisce of my 6 months traveling through Thailand and dream of the smells, sounds and people.
