I’m like you, my kids are teenagers and young adults now. I do have some tips if you want to stock up in an apartment. 1. I put bookcases behind my couches in the living room. Walmart has a sturdy bookcase 6 shelves wood and metal for $76. 2. I took my coat closet and either put 5 gallon buckets in there or another bookcase and use it for my appliances and extra grocery bags. 3. The hallways have bookcases to hold my dishes and mason jar’s canning containers. 4. My bedroom had a wall of bookcases that held all our books and extra. 5. If you have storage in your apartment complex rent it out if you can spray it for bugs and rodents and leave lavender and other strong smelling essential oils on fabric around the room. This prevents bugs from staying. In that storage you can store more buckets and paper goods ( in airtight containers). 6. The top of my cabinets are great for extra storage for things I will not need right away. Hope this helps. Even though my kids are not all her anymore, I stock up items for them just because well you never know the future.

Those corn flakes are so good, I add freeze dried strawberries, and it's a great breakfast. You are lucky with getting things that are out of stock, I have never gotten anything listed as out of stock. I have peanut butter in my cart but it's out of stock. Oh no! I never mentioned it. I was having to pause the video a lot because I was coughing so much(still getting over this cold), so I cut it short. They had a manufacturing issue. The lids didn't fit the jars. So, it'll be a while, but they'll be back in stock eventually.

Wow! That is a serious haul. If your husband likes white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, try adding in a cup of lightly crushed cornflakes or rice crispies, and some coconut flakes.

Azure has some of the best stuff. Love them. On your wooden spoon. I ordered 4 and all 4 literary fell apart while stirring food in the pot, washing them and etc. so be careful using them. Only thing I ever bought I had issue with.

I apologize. I had a horrible cold I was getting over and couldn't talk much more without coughing. So they had a manufacturing issue, and the lids did not fit the jars. I buy them on Amazon as well when I need them. Azure is hoping to have them back soon! 😊

I also bought 4 boxes of rumiano's butter(two salted and two unsalted) - I don't bake but cook with butter = and the price was so much cheaper than the Irish butter because of the sale - also I just put the pine nuts into my cart thanks to your video- just priced them at costco yesterday- they are 1 and half pounds- but the per oz price was much better at Azure

Great haul!!!!!! I thought my massive $2,600.00 Azure haul in August was going to be enough for the rest of the year/Winter. Sadly I lost a lot of my onions and potatoes (my husband has been going through radiation for throat cancer so honestly, there hasn't been much cooking because he can't eat). I chopped and froze the few onions that survived yesterday. Lost all the potatoes. To be honest, his health issues began last December and we have not had a break at all. Not sure how I accomplished what I have. Now we are in recovery mode and won't see the oncologist until late November or December to see if the cancer is gone. We are absolutely exhausted but also very hopeful and plan to have a wonderful holiday season. He was in the hospital during Christmas and New Years so this year will be extra special. Anyway, other than potatoes and onions, I went ahead and got more butter, sugar, wheat berries, sour cream, frozen broccoli and a few other things. Thankfully I got all of my chocolate chips in August before the prices sky rocketed! I did order five pounds of that Dutch Cocoa Powder because you said it's so good. I have never gotten that. Now I am going to start canning all of our meals in a jar like soups, chili, stew, etc so when he can eat, I will have all his favorites ready!

Adding to the pantry will be smart as tariffs are going to be imposed on certain goods from Canada, Mexico and China after Jan 20. Scarcity will upset goods delivery and companies will be forced to raise prices as we chase needed goods but we cannot produce enough to satisfy demand. Economics 101…as demand goes up prices will follow.

Do you feel like the produce lasts ? We live on the other side of the country in the Deep South. I always question buying their produce. Also how long do the heavy creams last without freezing?

I feel like the produce lasts pretty well. I've only had a handful of issues over the past 7 years with the produce. They have always been great about refunding whatever it is if it doesn't arrive in acceptable condition. If I buy a bulk order of produce, I try to process it within the first couple of days because I know from the time it is picked plus drive time that it needs to be used more quickly. The heavy cream is a shorter date. I got my order yesterday, and the heavy cream says October 29th. I know it can go a couple of weeks past the best by date. The organic valley one has a further best by date, I believe, but the Alexandre one is amazing quality and has a thick cap of cream at the top. Hope that helps!
