Winter Redfin Perch Fishing @ Lake Eppalock

Found a nice day during winter to head out to Lake Eppalock for a fish. Chasing Redfin Perch on bait and lures we managed to land a few fish.

Thanks buddy 👍. I prefer catch and release as not a big fan of eating fish but fishing has been a bit of a struggle so usually can’t be bothered bringing home a single fish or two

Very glassy. I haven’t been out for a few months Brenton, has the level changed much. Been chasing a few cod.

"ohh I'm used to it" followed by "I will keep a bigger one" had me laughing out loud 😂 Les and his one liners, they never disappoint, just like your videos 👍 You blokes did very well during this colder weather, that was a nice redfin and just by the size, I thought you were right, when you thought it was a carp at first glance and was surprised when you then said "oh nah it's a redfin, I just couldn't tell by the lack of stripes" Keep up the awesome work as always mate 🎣
