Minnesota 😮 yeah that’s cold. You got it all figured out 👍🏼 All my water lines are inside along with the fresh water tank. I’d say it’s 3 season safe, easily. I’ve been below freezing with no issues. The propane furnace works great or an electric space heater if I have power hookups. We leave our bathroom door and cabinet open to allow heat in that space. That’s where our pump and outside connections are. We have heated black and grey tanks but I’ve yet to use them. I usually dump a little antifreeze in the outside tanks. Good tips.

Good Tips! Even a mobile home could use some of those tips. Lastly, if your sticks and bricks is on a well, you need to protect the pump house pipes from freezing and possibly breaking.

@@SHARINGJOURNEY I don't really like RVs, so it's quite possible that I would never buy one unless I had the money to regularly replace it with a new one. Maybe if it was built like a tank, though. Lol.
