Hello Sam, since last january I've lost 30kg, and Im so proud of myself and what really helped me was doing a lot of moderate cardio after my weight training every single time, something like 40 minutes 5.5 speed and 5.5 inclination. My goals for this year are: be able to do a muscle up, having visible abs and finally lose all that loose belly fat I still have because I was very obese. Love you

Make sure you're moisturizing Sam, so much change in body weight every couple months can stretch the skin. You want it to keep its elasticity while you're young. Also keep killin it!

Explains why I have so many insane stretch marks from working out.
@phonghealthcliff359 күн бұрын
@@melkormorgothbauglir.4848not really, if you have stretching marks it means that your workout is actually effective and as your muscle grows your skin also have to grow to catch up the change of your muscle and it has to stretch in a short period of time, leaving these ugly marks behind, you dont have to worry about it being “ugly” or anything it just means that youre working out effectively
