5:00 I have an auto immune disease that deteriorates my joints and I relate to this so much. for people with similar issues i know how easy it is to just say "ahh im never gonna get big i have xyz" but sam is right. go light and test different things. "standard" gym lifts dont work for me and im forced to find exercises that hit the muscle while keeping almost all the load off my joints. different things work for different people but if you enjoy the gym dont let injuries stop you

I've found the best results not sticking to a regime, just staying in the gym and doing whatever exercises I find enjoyable, obviously pushing myself and not overdoing simultaneously but I'm not like saying to myself oh today I'm gonna do 2 sets of curls, 2 sets of dips etc I just go in, work hard In whatever I do and leave. Much funner imo

@@r.2ta7 i have psariosis. and its not arthritis. they dont know what it is they just know i have something. I've had several positive ANA antibody test results over the years but they cant come up with a diagnosis.

Sam I got one of those pre-cooked Turkeys from Costco - was very tasty! Had it with Brussel sprouts and a yam. Used some Campbell's mushroom gravy on the Turkey and was great. (only 20cals per 1/4 cup)

hey guys, could somebody help me with this question. if I do db incline, peck fly, flat bench and some variation of cable flys. each 3 sets of ten, then do 2 tricep exercises 3 sets of ten. is that too much load for a workout?

Yeah i’d say anywhere between 6-12 sets is usually good for most. I usually hit 8-10 sets to for chest, making sure the last few are some fly variation.

personal preference but i would take 3 sets from ur chest and put that towards triceps. then maybe since ur lacking a set of chest, try doing some drop sets

@ Yeah id say as long as ur in that range of 6-12 sets and pushing it as hard as you can, then youre golden. and no sweat brodie, also look up some videos of different ways to hit the triceps, your long head is on the opposite side of your bicep and the short head is on the outside of your arm.
