I started tracking and haven't missed a day since jan 2nd... Also hitting the gym 5-6 times/week and down 11 pounds as of today 1 month in. Also started taking creatine and had a halt in weight for about a week but moving again...Thanks for the needed kind words at the end that were in no way directed at me! Needed the inspiration

I love how he says hes not going to train as intensely because of the deficit making it harder to recover and then proceeds to train to failure in the next clip
@t10god6 күн бұрын
I guess his definition of intensity is just more or less volume, lol.
@killermusclefitness74526 күн бұрын
@@t10god you were absolutely right with that volume means everything doesn’t mean you own train hard, but I’ve been doing this for a long time to know when you train too hard depending on the situation sometimes it is hard to recover. It’s none of my business, but him being on a cycle you can tell that he’s not on that cycle. Some people just get on a cycle for the time being so they can make the gains and then they go back to doing it natural because they won’t lose the gains as long as they keep up with it. And I’m not judging him in any way by making this comment I’m just saying facts.

Thanks Sam, I’ve been hitting the gym for 2 weeks and have such nasty skinny fat body and your talk about how everyone is different in eating is hitting home man, I have low appetite (yes unironically) so hitting my daily protein is such a chore but every day I get a little better at hitting it and maintaining my cal deficit. I’ve been noticing very good progress for such newbie (I actually have somewhat decent biceps) and everyday my belly gets smaller. Hope the best for yall!

Hey Sam, hope all is going well this Sunday night in February. Been watching your videos since the very first bulk series. Early in September I had a labrum tear in my shoulder that was degenerative. Now it is February, still not 100% (prob never will be atleast for a awhile). Completed grueling hours of PT and been still consistent in the gym for the most part. Have to avoid some exercises as I can really only do 1 exercise for chest and 1 for front delts. Just would want to know how I can keep pushing with motivation and over coming this adversity as I have had some really low points in the last few months. Thanks Sam you are the best

Pullups with hands in the line of shoulders - works upper muscles of the back Pullups with hands more open - works middle muscles and lats Some row exercise, like with dumbbells or bar - turns your back more thick

A nice one to start is one lat pulldown down movement, close grip cable rows and then a pullover or wide grip cable row doing these hits every muscle in the back

Hey Sam i actually really like the wide angle in the car talk, i think you should do it more often
@jayeifler88126 күн бұрын
Again that's Sulek's best double back bicep camera shot. Could still be better. The looking to the side rotates the spine, etc. and throws the shot off, Sulek needs to hold turn the head back straight forward after checking. But really the lats take up most of the back really, minus the erectors of the spine. You can see the sheet of lat muscles on Sulek's back below the teres major, etc. for example. This muscle needs better recruitment and development with barbell rows, chest-supported t-bar rows. Obvious Sulek is hitting the lats some in row like movements, but you can do the movement without properly recruiting those major lat muscles. It will be awhile before Sulek has real pro sized arms, especially triceps but they are coming in. Sulek should do a show in the next two months and learn so much more. With a bulk focusing on legs on the legsled Sulek could go pro before long. Try to be like Fitzwater have no weakness, be balanced.
