@@demonicrgc thats not how compounding works , If I get 1% better everyday my current state changes . So the amount I get better (the 1% changes aswell) . Basically getting better 1% everyday can be calculated by (1.01)^365

@@demonicrgc That's not how math works. For the first day, yes, it's just 1%. But every day after that, it compounds & that 1% is worth more than the prior days. If you have $1000 and it increases 1% daily for 365 days, that will accrue to $37,783.43 off the initial principle of $1000($36.783.43 net profit), thus having +3678.3% returns. But, OK?

Depends on how he meant it If i weigh 100lbs and gain 1% every day i could mean i gain a constant 1lb a day if by 1% i mean % of my i initial weight every day If you mean 1% of your weight every day through the year than yes you are correct

My arms were just so pumped that I had to wait 15 mins before driving home. Get home. Eat eggs and listen to sam comparing messy kids vs tidy kids to explain why he likes listening to music at the gym. Best evening ever 👊

recently started watching these while I eat, super chill. love how down to earth Sam is, love how simple everything is. Obviously has built an insane physique for himself. The one thing I can't help but think is what gear is he on/does he get regular blood work? does he have a coach managing this or a doctor or someone? As much as he emphasizes the importance of macro-tracking, cardio, training intensity, etc (which don't get me wrong are a huge part of getting huge/lean), would love to hear him open up about the cycles he's on, side effects, how he manages this, etc. so young fans aren't disillusioned by his results. All love.

Another kick-butt vid Sam! I took a couple things from the early car talk to the gym so thanks on that! You're definitely leaning out for sure, its there, veins, striations, etc. I've tried to mirror some of your methods by changing my own and will say thank you for that too. Getting our muscles to the new change is key for the gains too so I love tricking my routine as well. Thanks again, be well.

Those twisting curls you mention in the car are Zottman Curls, they're great for building the brachioradialis and brachialis, they beef up the forearms and the muscle inside the bicep and Tricep which will definitely add size to your arms. Try them heavy for 5 sets of 5 reps for best gains You're right though, can't beat the regular hardcore arm exercises and just do them consistently, good technique, mind muscle connection is the key

I find the machine ones are easier to keep tricep focused where as regular ones I wind up bringing the chest in more. Now that's just my experience and Sam may have a different reason, but that's my guess.
