Thanks bhai 🙏❤️ Sesa's dht blocker is very mild & I have not had any issues with libido or brain fog, because it doesn't severely reduce dht levels like saw palmetto or finas... However, if you do face any issues, then you can consume only 1 capsule a day...

1. Depends on your skin type & if your skin gets dry in winter, then yes, you can switch to this.. 2. If you already dont go out much & dont supplement vitamin D, you will become deficient in it... if you are indoors only, then this might not be a wise decision as you dont need sun protection indoors....

Honestly, i haven't received an update from the brand regarding this query either... while kesar in itself does have a mild SPF, i think they might have used some form of physical blockers like zinc oxide to achieve broad spectrum protection...
