Don't forget that "Stress" is a real killer! I sometimes drink Ice tea with lemon, but when you first wake up drink a full 12oz glass of cold water, it really does help me cut back on portions throughout the day. Love the snow!!!!

Hi Natasha, just catching up with your video, don't know how I missed it. Love the snow ❄ I wish we had snow here, but all we've got is rain and that equals mud ugh! The Christmas tree looks lovely 🎄 I can't have 1 cause it gets wrecked 😸😸 I'm having a problem with my feet and lower legs swelling, and I totally forgot to mention it to the doctor just over a week ago, but I'm seeing him again on the 20th, so I'll see what he says then.

Familiar to me, having a female body can be a rollercoaster! It can make us feel crazy. It's very normal for us to have a fluctuating body. From slim looking to sadly bloated and fat looking. This cycle repeats itself every month. 🥴 I have learned one thing: don't panic! And keep hydrating enough despite the water retention. Before I tended to drink less to avoid more water retention. It doesn't help, on the contrary, I started to eat more. Now I try to stay hydrated and not make things difficult to me. Stay cautious, if you are not certain the water retention is period related, then keep an eye on it and call a doctor if it worsens.

My hands, legs, feet and ankles swell when it’s cold. Also happens when it’s to humid. Sometimes my rings are so loose they fall off or my hands swell so bad that my rings are so tight. I have fibro, CFS, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, plus many other illnesses.

Interesting about the cold. I'm starting my healing process with a parasite cleanse. You are welcome to try it too. We can see if it helps. I've heard good things. Heals stuff you wouldnt think had anything to with parasites.

We are rocking 18 celsius negative 🎉 atm with a bit of snow. Next week its gonna get a huge load with snow but the temp goes down to 1 or 2 negative celsius so that is going to be good. Glad to see you are doing alright natasha❤ have a happy week you and the animals 💫💞🙏

Btw, it is said that green tea reduces water retention. But drinking too much of green tea can cause anaemia. So, moderation in all things.

I thought that dog was going to go 💩 on the deck 🤣 I don’t think I’d blame him. I stopped eating all “food” that man made (maybe that’s keto) & the weight melted off so fast. I think a lot of un natural foods bloats us so much

Smart move. I'm trying to do the same. Its not easy when you are broke in Canada. Food is so expensive here. That's why buying land to grow food is so important to me.

Hey, I am a vanlifer - during my time I gained almost 40 pounds. I highly recommend the keto diet. - or just cutting out wheat and watching your carbohydrates. It's not a quick fix but I hope it helps. If water retention continues to be an issue, I'd see your doctor to get some medication to help that Pure fasting never helps, your body goes into starvation mode. I wish you the best.
