The Universe brought me to your video today. I was also born a Spiritual Medium and empathic person. Part of our journey is learning where our Energies end and others begin and guarding our boundaries. It is really difficult to do with mostly ‘normal’ parents. It isn’t surprising you’ve had such difficulty doing it when raised by Narcissists who don’t recognize boundaries. They’re also Energy vampires and can siphon your Energy until you’re literally unable to function. The good news is that she can’t do that anymore. The bad news is that you have to grieve both the Mother you had, but also the Mother you should have had and didn’t. Processing all the ways she hurt you IS grieving. I am awed by what you chose to take on in this one lifetime! So much! My Soul sees your Soul and the Divine work you are doing. It’s always harder once we get here than we planned! Please know you’re not alone. I see you. All the Souls who have bonds of Unconditional Love with you are helping you from Home. Sending you huge hugs and comforting Energy! You can do this!

You dont have to coddle men's feelings and say "not all men" before you tell your experiences. It's not your fault that a lot of them are creeps. Most men are not predators, but most predators are men. Period.

You are a very, very brave woman! I’m so sorry you went through this 😔 I’m sure it’s been a very rough road for you. You have been through so much and people that have never had narcissistic abusive parents just don’t understand and that’s OK. I’m so happy they never had abusive parents. Not any child should ever have to go through this but we do. You telling your story not only heals you, but helps others stay strong and understand how they can improve themselves. Much love! ❤🩷🧡💛💚💜

This really got me with someone on your good list, knows nothing about your life and takes no interest in your life and didn't even know that you have been gone for 2 years. I wouldn't want to diminish my life for any of this. Besides all that you said there's another aspect of leaving and then returning. You have a sudden realization that nothing is changing . People are the same as when you left. So irritating.

People who grew up in the toxic and chaotic life of narcissism come to the realization that you can NOT share your life with these people. They will do anything to stop you, be it positive or negative. They live to control. Control the head... control the body. They will make every effort to limit your ability to have any support system outside of themselves. And then they will do their best to close any avenue of escape. It's always a trap.

I like the land idea and going off grid ( with as much comfort as possible for me personally.) I want for you to find personal satisfaction with your life. After all the life experiences you've had, you deserve some real Joy. I know if your Nalla could vote, she would choose lots of love, peace and joy for you. I'm not trying to be funny here. Just being real is the appeal. So many masks on people these days. You be you and and take us on your journey. I'm so glad you finished your book. I want to purchase It as soon as I can. You have no idea how many people you have helped by doing this. Narcissistic abuse abounds in our world and healing from this is not so easy. I had to choose me and go 'No Contact ' with those whose soul purpose in life was to control me. And yes, it does include family. KZbin put you on my algorithm after I watched a video about a lady who was camping and a stranger showed up at her tent door at 2am. I listened to you express your frustration with people (older men) who kept demanding attention from you while you were working. It took a lot of courage for you to do the van life journey. I admire that. You keep pressing into what you want to do, I will keep checking in on you. Sincerely ...Paula

I know you loved her and she loved you. Every decision you made was pure with the intention of helping her. None of us get as much time with our beloved fur babies that we desire. If we could, we would choose to have them much longer.Your grief is very real and difficult. Do for yourself what you gave to others. Be kind and patient and no pressure. I'm sorry that it hurts so much.

Thank you. I'm a new subscriber tonight Sept 10,2024. I listened to a woman who was camping outdoors in a tent who had a random man walk up to the door of her tent at around 2am and made her dog go ballistic. He quickly left because the dog was drawing attention to him. That's how I got you on my feed from KZbin. You told of odd people trying to get your attention while you were diligently working and how irritated it made you.I resonated with you on that level. How people will go out of their way to overstep any boundaries. Sounds very narcissistic as I have had some experience with that too. Anyway, I'm living in Fredericksburg, Virginia in the USA., and I appreciate people who are down to earth and truthful about what they do and do not like. I hope you continue your quest. While we live in a world that admires fake every freaking thing....more truth is needed minus the masks and wigs and butterfly eyelashes.

Thanks. To avoid these constant interruptions, it would be best to get your own Internet for your van. I've heard that it's very expensive but you could save up for it. I know when I am writing I hate to lose my thoughts and focus to people who demand that I stop and look at them while they speak. What's worse is that it usually happens when it's crunch time and you have to get it out now.

It happens to most women. Being in the open all day makes me a target. I also catch it in camera and choose to share it online. Most of the time women dont catch our harassment on camera. I can't believe some of the ignorant 'enabling' comments here. The fact is that a woman has every right to go about her own private business without having to put up with this kind of predatory trash. Our society and our justice systems have enabled this garbage for far too long. There are thankfully many 'real' men - Father's and husband's who hear that their own wives and daughters are experiencing this kind of ignorant bs and it enrages them to no end. Like many women I've had the misfortune of experiencing this on too many occasions and I have a zero tolerance for it. There's a huge difference between a sincere compliment VS predatory energy. I have zero compassion for males who assume that they in any way are entitled to violate a woman of any age minding her own business. There's a healthy thing called respect and boundaries - and no woman should ever be made to feel that she in any way is responsible for accommodating a man's completely inappropriate choice of behaviour. I'm fully aware of the area that you were in and it's full of creeps despite being known for the most part as a particularly wealthy neighborhood. It doesn't make any difference. This kind of harassment has been going on in our country for year's. At the end of the day - nobody is responsible for how a male chooses to treat a female. That's all on him and there's nobody else to blame. I've experienced living in my vehicle and I saw stuff that was wonderful but also frightening and I'm just thankful that I was following all necessary safety precautions. Unfortunately it's not just older males. It's youth's as well. It's extremely important to get to know all the shop keeper's you go to. Always let whose closest to you know exactly where you are. There are many wealthy young kid's in that area who have no respect for women - period. Always be vigilant 24/7. Their parents should be ashamed of themselves - it's truly disgusting. These young kid's are driving expensive sports cars and wreaking havov in quiet park's and neighborhoods in the wee hours of the morning - driving like maniacs and dumping their garbage and alcohol bottles wherever they please. No matter what you do to secure your vehicle they target you - harass you with perverted garbage. There were about six other people at that time using the park and surrounding streets because our careers had been trashed by the mandates. Thankfully as well I met a few good people in the area who checked on me in the morning to see if I was okay. It is what it is but it doesn't mean we have to put up with it. Thank you for being 'real'. Respect is earned.

My mom is like this and my whole family they don’t think what they do is ever wrong. controlling me and She lives two lives! She puts on this charm when she goes out and behind closed doors it is like a flip of a switch. Narcissism is quiet and deadly. When we open a conversation it is never a conversation she dismisses my reality . She does it over and over and over again. Narcissism is literally the brain growing into its conditioning and it is pretty close to impossible to get them to see how they treated you. They will not believe it and they will think that you are attacking them. and my family does this same thing as well. They think oh it’s your mom you need to do these things because we are a family. No just because we are family does not give anyone a pass to mistreat anyone. She tries to control my money and where it goes and where it comes from. It is a nightmare!

I relate!!! I’m 37 and I’m just waking up to this being my mom as well. My first memory at 2 years old was her throwing me against the wall.. (first of many cases of abuse) Then when I bring it up now or any other abuse she gives me this whole “I was a different person” story She’s always the victim of everything and I feel like it’s my job to fix her broken world. At the moment she’s using my birthday present to get me to drop my boundary of not-showing-up-to-my-home-unannounced. My aunt reached out telling me to reconcile with her…. All I did was start setting boundaries for the first time and now her and the rest of my extended family is treating me like I need to fix something or that I owe her something .. she flat-out told me that I owe my life to her and that Im an extension of her. Thanks for reading that 🙏

As a former college professor, I always brought up in class that women are aware that they might be raped and murdered EVERYWHERE THEY GO! Young women were often not aware that they were the only ones who felt that way and young men had no clue. Thank you for articulating women’s life experience. Everywhere we go, we must be rude to men because they won’t leave us alone!!!!

I have that exact same lantern!! I barely smiled and I actually cringed and then just shook my head as I listened to a bunch of your comments. I am in my '70s now but people think I'm 50 and less frequently now however when I was younger late '60s '70s '80s '90s I swear the men were just the same that type of experience as yours were. I was just think it would be different now. Back then it was even more that "oh I mustn't hurt his feelings"and unfortunately I am still sort of that way so I applaud your decision. Even dating, after a first date the guy would try to grab you and kiss you and instead of smacking him in the face (....😮), I should say giving him a chop to the throat instead most of us would say oh oh I need to go inside or gently try to push him away You didn't want to hurt his masculinity blah blah blah I like the idea of the video with a guy's voice and also a pair of size 13 well-worn men's shoes boots sneakers from Goodwill even a couple pair left with a fake pair of your own outside on the stoop works really well also. Be well and stay safe
