November is still very good fishing. Reds, Pomps, Whiting, Black Drum, and Bluefish are still in good numbers. The only “bad” months are January and February but there are still good days during those months.

I fish Galveston every weekend since around September 2021. I'm curious about fishing in cold weather. What's the coldest you would go out in (45°? 55°?). And what bait (I usually start with Fish Bites and move to cut bait after catching some whiting, etc) Nice video. Subscribed!

There has been a few mornings where I’ve gone out and its been in the mid to upper 30’s the past couple weeks and have had success. I always start out throwing salted shrimp and Fishbites. I’ll also pump up ghost shrimp if they are in the area Im fishing. I don’t throw much cut bait but I will occasionally.

I think I was using fresh dead shrimp and salted shrimp this day.

Yeah we are pretty lucky to have very small waves here along the Alabama Gulf Coast. Have you ever tried sputnik sinkers in Indonesia?
