Great camp. And it's always nice when a guy is prepared for it like you were this time. That ol steak looked kick ass. Nothing beats steak or any kinda food cooked outdoors over a fire. Breaky is my favorite for outdoor cooks. I always cook a clove or two of garlic nice and crunchy to add that great taste to the sandwich. Shit now im hungry hahaha. Let's see more buddy. Cheers 🍻

I really enjoyed this video. From a fellow sledder who's stayed the night before (not by choice) , it was nice to see how much better it can be if prepared.

Glad u liked it! Yes not so bad being prepared forsure

I’d say that was surviving in style!! We do it a bunch with sleds but we have a little trailer and a tent with stove. You can get a real nice light tent/stove now but spendy. Even if you just had a normal mountaineering tent you’d be cozy! Just remember your in reach!!! Thanks for the videos!

One tip from a guy that loves camping would be to invest in a silky Bigboy saw to handle large fire logs. The silky brand has even bigger versions of the saw, they are game changers in the bush.👍

Yes totally definitely on the list🤘

That's awesome dude , now the big question, could you survive a night out in an emergency situation with only what you normally would have with you for a days ride in the backcountry.

Great video of prepared survival. Well done on digging out to the ground as it will stay warmer. Even more important in colder conditions. You haven't mentioned your avalanche and safety training but hopefully it's adequate and you increase your knowledge.

Thanks ! And yes I have avalanche training!
