That was funny, you said the magnets are strong enough so it doesn't bounce out when closing and it bounces out 3 times in a row. Brian winters definitely makes some of the most interesting knives available. One day ill check his stuff out, but for now i prefer mostly framelocks. Actually got that super lightweight knife from avian knives on the way now, hopefully its not so lightweight that i loose it.

🤣 I’m such an a$$. I have carried it the past two days and can confidently say that as long as you hold down the lever lock until the blade closes all the way before releasing, it won’t bounce back. I noticed how I kept swinging it shut then releasing the lock before it closed all the way 🤦♂️. Appreciate you calling that out brother 👊🏼! The innovation is certainly there, but I’m with you - I’m a frame lock guy through and through. It’s nice having a compression lock knife as a backup in case a thumb injury occurs, which has happened to me. I haven’t checked out that Avian knife you mentioned, going to Google that now 😅
