Even looking at the replay and knowing exactly where it is i still have a hard time seeing it. It just blends in with all the other red dots on the shield battery.

@@jsonkody Not sure if Classic picked the red color, unless he plays with Team colors enabled which is unusual. When observing the game defaults to red and blue, despite the colors that the player picks in the option menu. Most players usually don't pick red for their units because the game's default color scheme for the opponent is red and most players keep it that way, so im guessing classic just didn't see the dot.

Maru doesn't need nukes to land, nukes need him to land, that nuke position was absolutely perfect it hit every unit in that clump better than the Solar nuke incident because at least some of the corrupters survived now Classic has that Maru nuke curse now like Solar truly a new patch note introduction

I like that the widow mine line is now reminiscent of the Raven's seeker missile of old. Not a perfect fix (I'm not a fan of anything Z or T that would do extra to shields because it feels very biased) but at least at the pro level it's much easier to micro against than it used to be. I'd still love to see EMP lose its damage against shields (goodbye energy is strong already), but baby steps lol

Yeap! This is what puts Maru and Serrral light years appart from any other pro! They don't just use one or two units very good but they use every unit in the same game for different purposes and do it good, they are consistent! They are spell caster specialists!!!

Never gave it a lot of thought, but it really made no sense for WMs to gain cloak by simply having an armory. It's been a long week but I'm struggling to think of another unit that automatically gains an upgrade simply by building a new structure. Also MY GOD THAT NUKE!!! 😮

@@GatorWinup Because of the Scans it was just impossible. Just have a look to the lost of every Oracle because Maru has more range and these players are too fast. And observers are impossible to put in front of a Terran battle.

Now people will say nukes are OP. But the chances of getting a hit like this is nearly impossible, mostly times is a mistake from the oter player that eats it. Moves the army: loses: 2 cannons and 1 pylon. Gosht killed: zero dmg C'mon, where else could that nuke being launched?

Seeing maru build a line of AA turrets, while bringing like 9 SCV's to the front line on auto repair so after each engagement he has a squad to fully reset his units was finally. The most bronze league hero comment section build even what ive said (but use mules build more orbitals). Seeing it in action was fucking oppressive to say to least and knowing other terrans might start copying it is not looking good for anyone else.

A potential fix to Protoss splash damage: Make Colossi shorter so air-only units don't counter them. If Phoenixes, Vikings, and Corruptors no longer hit Colossi, other units would have to step up, significantly shaking up the mid and late game meta. Which would be a pleasant change because, you know, Colossi are barely present in the midgame and do not exist in the late game at all.

It's still pretty obvious to me that Terran bio is still OP versus Protoss...The ability to stim/win and drop with medivacs is quite powerful and really hard to play against...It's entertaining to watch, BUT even before watching the series you already know that Terran most likely wins this matchup which makes it less interesting...Looking forward to the next patch!
