My POURING MEDIUM
Behr Dynasty deep base semi-gloss and minwax polycrylic (roughly 2:1) from Home depot
And thinning to the right consistency with JoSonja gloss varnish (Dick blick, jerrys artsarama or Fluidart.co)
Paints mixed with my PM:
This little piggy pigment - lakeside, athena
Golden HB - teal
Amsterdam - blue turquoise, titanium buff,
JoSonja - plum pink
fluid-art.co/ for TLP and SUP, Silicone mats, Palette knives etc.
The magic juice/Cell activator is mixed with australian floetrol. (1:1)
paints added:
amsterdam- titanium buff, oxide black
golden - deep gold
The wall paint I use for my PILLOW PAINT is Glidden essentials 'white' in eggshell

THE SPINNER I'm using is my own design and creation. Every single work step is done by my hands and my table saw (operated by me)

DISCLAIMER: It's a tool for serious artists, I always recommend getting a small , cheaper spinner to try if spinning is your thing first. After you've tried other versions, I promise you'll appreciate this guy over all of them if you work with big heavy canvasses and you spin all the time, like me.

I like how dynamic and gentle the painting is. The beautiful view of a woman with her long black hair and the flowing layers of her dress in the middle of the painting. @@WinterStromArt Hell anyone that knows of her would see her as an inspiration. Depending on the type of art you like. You are a Master in your own style and have certainly been an inspiration to MANY of us. I am going to say something I haven't heard anyone (KZbin artists) except Tammy Anderson say out loud. I have gone back to my original texture abstract work. I have heard (or seen) other artist, like Sara Taylor beginning to add texture. I hear others, like you, talking about taking it to a new level. So here goes...I think a lot of folks feel like there is nowhere else to take "pouring". People have gone thru silicone, Australia floetrol, satin enamels, cloudS, ring pours, wrecked rings, deconstructed blooms,chain pulls, scoop and drag...I don't think folks know what else to do that starts with paint being poured. I may be ousted from the whole pouring community (not that I am "known") but I think people are bored. Many will be limited because they don't have the skills or visions to go in a different direction. Many will continue to be "successful " because they are selling and have unlimited infomercials about the next FAE, FAB, Auction, etc. But I do not see them growing as artists.. Not sure they care to grow. You will NOT be one of them! You've got a whole lot more in you and I have no doubt you are going to go in a new direction or find ways to incorporate pouring within other styles. Not trying to be offensive to ANYONE...just being honest about where I think pouring is going. For new artists pouring can be a magnificent outlet...and may sell some stuff...but the market for well established KZbin artists is shifting.
