Hello there I'm just one kid with obs and testing out IF I want to be a youtuber or not. I installed obs thinking the recording isn't sloppy, but it was "surprisingly" sloppy. I came to KZbin in search of a fix to this and found a video "claiming" to have a fix for it but it didn't really work... and found this video before I went to sleep and decided to test it out to see if it actually fixes it. I did said fix and it actually made my recording smoother than before. I thank you Kira for the help! Pro Tip: Highly recommend to not have any games running on the background to not have any lags in the recording.

This really works! Only issue I have is when I play the game it's SUPPPER like zoomed in and it doesn't look right because of the aspect ratio change (From 1920 to 1280 ) so if you ever have a fix for that please make an updated vid otherwise this works pretty good 4/5

In obs, you should turn off the preview for more fps(maybe).

@Joseph Creel it's enabled by default. right click the obs thing when u start recording ur game. Then disable preview. It gives a lot of FPS since if it's enabled you're displaying 2 screens at once.
