do you have any advice on what to do if when connected to android auto, it can't access the contacts? so basically, maps, waze, spotify and so on work grate, but if you receive a call while in android auto (via car link 2 of course) it says you'd give access to contacts permission to andorid auto to see the contact name... O_O thanks

what android version are you using? I have s22 ultra android 13 and it cannot detect even android 12 s21+

Hi there, I have a same problem, cannot connect my s22 ultra, getting the communication error 21. I have no issues to connect iphones to it. Did you manage to sort it out?

I also faced the same problem with my OnePlus 8t on android 13. Did u make sure hotspot is activated on your head unit? I solved it by clearing storage data, cache and force stop the carlink in head unit settings. After that reboot the head unit. That solve mine. Hope this solve yours too. If not just change the hotspot to 2.5Ghz on carlink and head unit.

Faced same issue but it was resolved because Hotspot was off in the car player once i turned on Hotspot it worked fone

Hola, yo tengo esta aplicación, pero nunca ha funcionado correctamente. Se conecta al teléfono, pero al cabo de unos segundos la conexión se corta y no hay manera de utilizarlo. Algun consejo de co figuración para la radio o el teléfono? En mi casi la aplicación Car Link 2.0 crea automáticamente una red wifi la cuál el teléfono ze conecta, oero la conexión se desconecta varios segundos después.
