I'm in the process of making something similar right now. I have a naked charger, just the coil and circuit board so mounting that will eb fun. How much material did you leave between the charger and the phone? I think my biggest challenge will be getting that thin enough without a CNC.

Naked charger sounds interesting :) Very little material was left, I was shooting for 2mm. Zens recommend 3mm I went for 2mm just in case my thickish phone cover caused problems

@@JoesWorkbench poo... thought that would be the case from my initial testing. I could use a veneer over the top or resin it in if I mess up and punch through I suppose😅

With care 3mm is doable, I’d rough it out with a Forster bit and sneak up on it with a router and template
