Wiring a Lutron Dalia LED+ Dimmer for Single Pole and 3-Way

I have a Ceiling Fan/Light & needed a Dimmer Switch, I bought this thinking it would work but I am not sure it will after looking at the instructions. There are not 2 Black Wires in my Box, only The Black (Hot) the White (Neutral) & the Ground Wire. Is it possible to use this & if so how do I connect it using the Black & White wires instead of 2 Black ones?
