Wisconsin Public Land Whitetail Bow Hunt

Alvin Sitkiewicz and Tony Tallent go to Wisconsin for a 5 days to Bow Hunt Whitetails on Public land in Wisconsin. This area of Wisconsin was very comparable to the area that the Michigan Gone Wild crew Deer hunt in the Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.

Try Juneau county theres a 45k acre chunk of land that has alot of bug bucks

Would you recommend this area? I'm an avid Michigan Thumb public land hunter and I'm planning a DIY trip to Clark county in October. Like you, I want to hunt something with a similar scenery to Michigan. I'm about to pull the trigger on an airbnb near the Rock Dan county park and hunt the Clark County Forest but I,m not sure its going to be any better than the public is hunt here at home. Any advice would help. BTW you guys put out some great videos.

UPDATE: just got back from the clark county forest trip two weeks ago. Harvested a big 8pt (for michigan standards). It took 4 of the 7 days just to figure out the lay of the land and deer movement. As a group of 6, only two guys shot bucks. My buck scores 110-115inches and the other was about 90inches

Ken T Yah he did. Unfortunately the wind was blowing right at him. I think the doe smelled me as well. When she got into my scent ribbon she started acting funny.

Michigan Gone Wild try heading farther north this year into Taylor or price county. I hunt public in taylor.

@@MichiganGoneWild read the rules next time you hunt WI. Leaving a stand up overnight below hwy 64 is illegal. Clark Co is below. Also what was Tony going to use the machete that he picked off the hood of the truck. It is also illegal to cut shooting lanes on public. I have to adhere to the rules.
