Tony, roughly how deep do you set your bobber at this spot and downstream before to the rapids? (Trying to be discreet) I’ve only been able to land them on spinners and cranks on the river. Thanks!

Your awesome man...those days are rough (and expensive). I think we get so excited to get going, we don't slow down and make sure we are 100%. Good stuff and see you out there. Question: do you find one color of spinner /crank performs another? I don't think so...just seems to depend on water clarity & light conditions. I know Eric H. swears by chartreuse.

Thanks for the comment! Really appreciate you tuning in! I don’t think the color makes a giant difference. Pink, orange, chartreuse, gold, they all work. I try to use brighter colors like chartreuse and pink if the waters dirtier. Silver, gold, orange all work great when it’s sunnier.

Do you use a long rod for your spinner set up like your float rod and can you use a 7’ bass/walleye spinning rod?

I use a 7 foot 1 medium action rod for the spinners. Just ur traditional walleye rod…works great! Thanks for tuning in!
