I started out thinking I would watch for a couple of minutes......WELL.... I found this entire video fantastic... I just love how he did the shore lunch .... I have done this also but slightly different.... I add red, orange and yellow peppers along with fresh mushrooms... makes me want to go and get a few ingredients and cook...
