Facts for this episode: • The Horn of the General Goblin summons 19 goblins. 12 are regular goblins, 2 archers, a priest, a mage, 2 wolf riders, and a leader. The leader is level 12 and the rest are lower level. • Naberal Gamma planned on committing suicide, but stopped only due to the fact - as a personal possession of a Supreme Being - she had not received his permission to die. The logic being that since a sword, car, shirt, etc. do not just end their own existence neither do the npcs. • Hamsuke is relatively quite powerful amongst the New World. She is approximated to be around lvl 30. That places her at the top of the known power scale of the world. Each of those runes on her is capable of casting a different spell. She attempted to use a few during her fit against Ainz to unsurprisingly no effect. • Aura of Despair is a passive skill and has 5 levels with increasingly and summatively worse effects. >Level 1 has a chance of applying a fear debuff. The fear debuff inflicts a penalty of all actions and reduce stats. >Level 2 has a chance of applying the panic debuff which is a worse version of fear. And it causes anyone afflicted to want to flee from the user - preventing them from being able to counterattack. >Level 3 has a chance of applying the confusion debuff. >Level 4 has a chance to apply a particularly annoying debuff which is insanity; a permanent version of the confusion debuff. The only way to remove it is through magic by a third party. >Level 5 has a chance to give you a bad minor case of death.

It might be good to take note that items' flavor text and lore are now REAL in this world. This means there might be additional or hidden effects that Ainz aren't familiar. The Horn of the Goblin General is one of those items.

Fun Fact: The Wise King of the Forest is actually a girl. It's never mentioned in the anime, but it's brought up in the light novel. People aren't able to really tell the difference from just looking and she doesn't know what the word "king" means. Iirc, some adventurer that invaded her territory called her the "Wise King of the Forest" and, even though she didn't know what it meant, she liked how it sounded so she let him go and that's how she got the title.

thanks for the reaction on this anime. ❤ i will try to clarify some things without spoilers and based on information from the Manga and the Novels. 1. The Goblins that appear were summoned by one of the horns that Ainz gave Enri, but she still has another one in reserve. In the game it was considered a "Trash item" that only summoned 19 Goblins that served as cannon fodder, but in the New World they represent a considerable force. 2. Enri remembers Ainz but not the fact that he is Undead because he used magic to alter her memory and make the sisters forget his skeletal face. 3. The lightning that Ainz used against the knight (in episode 3) is actually a 5th Tier spell, but Nfirea mistakes it for a 3rd Tier lightning because, in the New World, there is hardly anyone who can use magic higher than that grade and never have seen something similar. Still, he shows good instincts because realizes that Ainz could use 5th Tier magic, though out of common sense he assumes that would be his ultimate attack. (But we know that this is far from reality). 4. The Hamster is a Level 30 creature, which is very strong by New World standards, but not by Ainz. By the way, the hamster is a female of his kind and not a male. In addition, in Japanese the way of speaking of him resembles that of the samurai stereotype. Everyone seems to think that Hamster is a majestic beast that displays power and wisdom, but Ainz can only see it as a cute hamster. This has also made him question his aesthetic point of view, as he is the only one who seems to think that way. 5. Now that the Hamster is gone, many creatures that didn't dare approach his territory might end up attacking Enri's Village. That's why the young pharmacist asks her to join his team to protect the home of the woman he loves. Ainz is touched by this, but he is not too worried because among Nazarick's plans is to control the entire forest and he thinks the village will be safe. 6. As I already mentioned, one of Ainz's big problems is that he sees everything from a Salaried Office Worker's perspective and he have a hard time understanding other types of situations. When Nabe almost cut his own neck to atone for talking too much, Ainz was actually in Shock, but since he is an Undead he acquired an emotional suppression that calms him down whenever he is close to losing control and managed to maintain "the appearance of a ruler who knows everything”, which is the role he always plays in front of NPCs.

I don't know how far you have already watched but very soon Ainz will say something to someone about hypocrisy. There will be a follow-up to this and it kinda tells a whole lot about Ainz and his views on the events to come. It is very easy to miss though, which is why I am mentioning it.

These marks on her allow her to use certain predefined magic, in the story and in the film that covers the first season it shows her using Tier magic, but in addition to being low level it was also mental magic which is practically useless against undead.

It does make you kind of wonder if the emotion suppression is because he’s an undead or if it’s due to one of his passive skills such as some kind of mental attack nullification skill that’s automatically triggering due to it mistaking his emotional outburst as a mental attack.

Yes. Make note of every scene in general. A lot of stuff does come back around. Also carefully read what is being said. There is a lot that is always being said that is not said. The show expects the viewer to read between the lines quite often. If you just skim over the text, you can miss a lot of details.

Narberal Gamma is around level 60-70 if I remember correctly, meanwhile the Floor Guardians are level 100 All the Pleiades are around that level, Sebas is their leader but when he is not in charge, because he is out for something, they have a command order Funny fact, in this new world Hamusuke is like level 30-40, but most of the tamed beast that Aura has are like level 60+, I can't remember but I think the strongest she has is like level 80

10:26 aura is a beast tamer and can use gas/hormone breath. The range on these things is insane! Aura actually uses it on Shaltear in the battle between her and Ainz and you can see there how far away aura is from the battle 😅

I wanted to add this into previous video but forgot. When u said Ainz acting sorta smart and didnt made mistake - he made alot. And will continue so. As far as his intellect go he is pretty mediocre guy so he doesnt think things throught too much, more on lvl "meh its fine". Btw, his lack of emotions cause he became undead also plays role here. His main mistakes for now that he isnt descreet enough - shows too much power. And also he doesnt really put much of control into his subordionates, so sometimes they do insane shiet and he barely knows, but they consider him as some insane genius. But he is insanely powerful by this world standards - as u said, he can do 9 lvl magic while its is considered that 5-6 lvl here is already very powerful. And the other denizens of Nazarick also strong - even lowest of them are like lvl 5-6 magic power, like Nabe for example. If it help, consider as if like raid boss of top tier dungeon and all other dungeon denizens suddenly gain free will and mind and start exploring the world.
