this is it. this is truly your greatest masterpiece. this was so beautiful wissemoi. i can never take my eyes off the screen for a even a second when it comes to your edits, i'm literally afraid to blink. i absolutely love how you used the shots of the eyes of the characters perfectly. first at 2:20 with historia, eren, grisha and ymir's eyes, and then at 6:51 with just eren's eyes. these shots are very significant, at least to me, because eyes carry the most emotions and they speak without words. i've always been fascinated by eyes and they've been animated perfectly here. everything about the edit, the transitions, the dialogues, the music, the quality, _everything_ is perfect. you're literally perfect, wissemoi, but somehow you manage to get better each time you release a new video. i appreciate you so, so much. your edits do justice to the anime. it's so lovely to see that someone else is as crazy as me about this show. thank you for making this. i love you so much

Tragically, all that Eren wanted is to live and explore the outside world but everyone wants him dead just because he exists and he exists because of what the outside world do to him and he is gonna give them back the same misery he suffered but even Eren doesn't want to do that, even if he keeps moving forward he can't allow himself to see the devastation he made, all for the sake to see a better future, for his people, for his family and mostly because HE WAS BORN INTO THIS WORLD Unfortunately, there were no other options because the only way to put an end to this endless cycle of hatred is to bury everyone on the surface Not even Armin can't make another solution for this because the world out there will always hate the Eldians

There's more. I truly believe Eren is really free. He knows he has a choice. He might try to change the future he has seen. Trust his comrades to figure things out. But the lesson Levi thought him is: make your own decisions. You might trust others to solve the problem but hey - they might fail and die (remember the chase in the forest?). Confronted with certain yet horrific solution on one hand, and vague hope in seemingly hopeless situation on the other... Eren will not want to gamble with the lives of those, he wants so much to protect. And thus the future he's seen comes to pass from his own volition.

they dropped all of his character and motivations with the finale, but this video will always be the true representation of eren to me. Only those that push past that hell know what lies beyond it and him being angry at his own powerlessness is what drives his character, not some plan where his friends become heroes and he was controlled by ymir the entire time.
